The weatherman says 60 degrees for Saturday, sounds like a good day to do some rc truckin'! Anyone have plans?

As of today the slotcar is now gone. I know this because I was racing there today. Jorgy |

The inside scoop is that a truck will be there this Tuesday to haul it away. Race Director Bill passed that along to me when I visited the Appleton racetrack today. Man, I need to get a short course truck....I miss racing .

| I could help with the short course truck... http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/wante...ler-parts.html Link is dead, I sold 1 of my slash rollers. I'm gonna keep the other one and get a B/L setup for it. Last edited by R/CMaxximus5.0; 10-27-2011 at 09:54 AM. |

I'm a little bit of an rc hoarder, so I seldom part with my toys . Luckily I get a big allowance. I'm still on the fence as to which truck I want, but the Losi 2WD one looks promising. The Slash is also on my short list. Associated is out, I believe it has a ball diff (hate 'em!). The Blitz SE is another choice. Ofna, Durango and a few others don't have great parts support at the LHS's. I really hate waiting on parts. Any suggestions for a good race truck for the Appleton track would be helpful though. P.S. I'll prolly be there this Sunday for some research, and to watch the fenderbending action! Last edited by TrailDawg362; 10-27-2011 at 10:09 AM. |
