Slowly chipping away at gettin' some trucks ready for the nice weather that's coming. Ordered a TSS ARB bumper and bigger, softer meats for the TF2. Still need to decide on a color though...

| ![]() Mmmmmmmm, maybe a pale yellow, almost but not quite an ivory white, with two stripes, one a faded red almost orange, the other a faded light blue? Or black with red, orange, & yellow flames is always a classic. Unless of course, you have your heart set on just spraying on some Testors O.D. (flat) green and makin' yourself a little war wagon...... |

Being a hard plastic body, I'm thinking I can't do a more complex paint scheme. I was leaning towards a "safety yellow" or maybe a very light blue metallic. I could always bring it to work and let the painters give it a shot of desert tan military flat too, but I see enough of that color already. Either way, I'm hoping to have it done by next weekend. Tires, bumper and BEC should be here soon ![]() |

| ![]() I think we have a winner! And if you're feeling exceptionally resplendent, perhaps some black "bumble bee" stripes towards the rear of the bed. But even monotone, it'll still look pretty sweet, I'd bet. Or if you want to come across a little more demure, the light blue metallic would be a nice, elegant, dignified choice. Either way, look forward to seeing what you come up with. |

Hobbytown needs us to move our course. We will need as much help as we can get to get it moved and situated. As of now, Chris, Chuck and I are planning on being there around 4 on Wednesday April 4th. If anyone as a little free time that night, please come and help.

The crawler sections are now on the non-carpet area, looks like there will be some new challanges. Many thanks to the moving crew, I feel I did my share, well my share of sarcastic comments..... The next comp is in the end of April hopefully I will make a showing at it.
