Since the weather is warming up (except this weekend) its time to head back there again. I was thinking Saturday April 10, making it a day of bashing on the rocks. Hopefully the SNOW will be gone by then. So whos in  |

The WiRCRC is planning a day but it most likely will be a sunday let us know if any of you plan on a sunday event and a few of us will show up to bash with you all.

Either date is cool with me as well. Guess we'll see if its ok with Sean though I'm 70% sure he has to work that weekend.  |

The 18th is bad for me, I have to work , I'm on VAC that week(4/4-4/11) I can do either day Sat or Sun. Let me know

So is anyone gonna be going to Devil's lake on 4/18? I think me and the family are gonna go and check out the campgrounds and hit the rocks for a while. As long as the weather is good.

Be sure to take lots of pics, and let me know what you think about the campsites. This place is on my short list of outings I really want to get to. I've heard that it fills up fast in the summer for reservations to camp, but I'd be happy just to spend the day there . If you plan another trip there, count me in (depending on time off from work).

I'm down with Devils lake...in May. The northernlights campground is the best of the three in the park. If your tenting it, or dont need electric, I recommend sites #238, 240, 242. I always try to get those for the annual family trip. The quartzite campground is a misquito pit and the other one doesnt have much shade. |

Good tips, Halfj, thanks. I think we'll be out there this summer...just have to settle on a date. If there's a GTG, though, I will try to make my way up and might bring along the little guy with his new (to him) crawler. |

Well we checked out Devil's Lake today. Awesome place! Didn't get a chance to crawl though . We had just enough time to check out the east bluff. Got a few cool pix of the place. |

I'm thinkin' 'bout campin' out down there either May 21,22 and coming home on Sunday afternoon, or first weekend in June 4-5-6. June would bee better for my family so they can come along too. I'd even go both weekends.
