It would be nice if they would but there has been no activity about trackside since this post.It would be a good way to keep the sport growing.

Comp's are held on Wk-End's. Not all are in Oshkosh, but the ride really isnt that bad.

My Rock-garden at home is better than Trackside's... Not trying to bash them they just dont seem to care about Rock Crawler's???

You have a Berg just sitting? I think I've got my AX-10 pretty dialed in, but would love to run an MOA rig instead.

After talking with Scotty...it's not that they don't care about the crawlers...they're just waiting for the interest to come back around. Scotty is more than willing to consider any crawling events...it's just that the local interest seemed to fizzle out. For about a month last fall we had a lot of guys messing around in the rock room at S&N's but then it slowly started fading.

So stop by with your crawler to try out the crawling room if you haven't already. And if you're interested in either getting a crawling event started or helping out with an event...be sure to talk to one of the guys up there...Scotty, Kenny, Buck, they're all good guys.

Hi Matt...
To be totaly honest I stopped by there a couple times last fall. I introduce myself, Try talking to them about crawler's, Tell them I been going to Oshkosh & help w/hobbytown build & basically tell them I been trying do all I can for "rock-crawlers" in our area. Told them about "Wircrc" club running comps. Hell... I even had my trunk full of rock's I was gonna give them for thier room.

The guy's working there basicly gave me the impression "like I was trying to steal thier business"?? Left a pretty bad impression w/me.
Needless to say I didnt leave them any rock... Brought it home & added to my pile.

If they had a comp... that room they have there is "waaaay to small" to do anything seriously.

Would love to get together agian this summer for GTG's here in our area.

I would definately come up to trackside for a comp. I gotta get up there just to run it once. The few guys around here that were holding comps seem to have fallen off the face of the planet. I wish I had more time on my hands cause I found a ton of free feild stone. Just need a pick up and about 8 hours each sat or sunday to run and get it.
