I had nothing to do today (no work, cut back to 32 hours) so I took a ride out to 1000 islands and snapped a few mid winter pix.

If you feel warm and fuzzy inside, it's prolly just mold .

I forgot how nice that area is when it's not under 3 feet of water.

Well a little birdie told me that it looked like the water has gone down a bunch! I'm gonna run there in a bit and check it out.

The water looks like it is going down but it still has a long way to go.

Checked yesterday, still full of water. The little spot behind the track is wet but crawlable.

What really sucks is that T.I. is such a great spot (when not under water), local and free! I think we've had some of the best turnouts for GTG's/fun runs there. I really miss that.

Water level is dropping. I think I might spend a couple hours out there while Jack is at a birthday party between 2 and 5.
