Xcelorin for mini help

Anybody runnin the Xcelorin brushless for the Losi Mini crawler? Before installing it in the chassis I put it together powered it up and no lights came on in the esc. The RX and servo fired right up but no motor. I can't get the esc to turn on and if I disconnect the multi wire plug from the motor to the esc than all the LEDs blink at once and won't stop even if I hold the button down for a long time.

When the esc is plugged in for a while it will warm slightly.

I've tried NIMH, 2s and 3s lipos nothing registers....

I have Zero experience w/that personaly...
I was just thinking you may get more help if you posted in Losi Mini rock crawerl section??

I am sure there are some guys that know how to make it work there.

Called Losi they are taking it back for exchange.... even emailed me a prepaid UPS Label. Sending it right back to them.
