The TLT is looking good, can't wait to see how it works at the lake. I talked to my friend, he had rain last night, snow is mostly gone and it's going to be warm this weekend. Still working on the truck (what else is new:? )

Yeah, I guess I have helped a few builds along. Mine, My brothers, Soya's, Thumbman's, and now BagoXCAlum's. I like my Clod I can work on other peoples rigs and find out what works and what doesn't. I've thought about making other rigs like shaftys and stuff. But really a Clod is about as good as you can get for crawling. After having a capable crawler everything else just seems like a waste of time. I do like the 2.2 realism rigs though I've got a Bruiser and it is alot of fun to drive. Thats good to hear that the weather should even off. TLT is coming a little further along he started on making the shock towers and cutting the chassis a little more. |

Well, even if it is snowing up there, looking at the weather for next week, should all melt. Temps around 40 towards the end of the week, close to 50 on Saturday. Matt |

What's up with the snow? Rockford has about 2-3" on the grown. Plans changed for me this weekend, ended up not going to Oshkosh, so I didn't make it to the lake. But my truck is all most finished, just waiting for the servo and the wheel adaptors to get here this week. Did some changes to my front steering that should help keeping me from banging the crap out of the links. we see how it works up at the lake. The tlt is looking good. |

Weather looks like crap. There is warm rains the rest of the week so that should melt the snow. Trees cover up the snow so it takes forever to melt. There is a thunder storm planned on Saturday again like last time. Some weather websites say one thing while another says something different. They are all predictions of whats to come, which is anyones best guess anyways. So we may get lucky still. I'm ready to go |

Well, i guess I might want to see about some waterproofing. Any suggestions on keeping servo's dry? Any interest in trying out some trials on the other end of the park? If they are even worth trying? |

Yeah I was thinking the same. Maybe hit the places whe have kinda missed before stay away from the stone step trail. Besides it will probably be slick as it always is even when it isn't wet. I'm thinking that the east bluff trail is kinda easy to access. Remember it has the log ride, and awesome hill climbs. There is a few other rock places at ground level along the shore line. It might be good as there is not alot of trees to shade the sun. |

Hey guys! sorry I haven't been on in a while. I'm glad I checked today. We just got about 5" of snow on sunday. It is going to be in the low 40's all week so I hope it will all go away before saturday. I will make a run out there with my cam and get some pics before then. I don't know if I'm going to make it out this time. I have a new chassis in the making but its been so cold and my garage doesnt have heat. guess I will get workin. So much to do, so little time.

Yeah that is alot of snow . My brother might bail on me anyways he has some guitar band gig going this weekend. Yeah I might consider going out by you. Kind of to far for everyone else though. I guess you have all of the Iowa guys coming to meet by you this weekend for this lake trip. So I guess you would have a few trucks out by you.
