There will be a mnrc comp on aug 8th and the 29th if we decide we want to comp they have all the classes 1.9 2.2 sportsman and super.

I have access to a extendo van seats 11 and room for all the gear to cut down on costs if that makes a difference.

It's worth the drive to make a comp guys/gals. Girls compete for free. Guys pay $2. Seriously, though...great stuff in Taylor's Falls. The Wisconsin side wants NOTHING to do with us. Damn Cheese heads DNR over there says no. Boooo! Glad we stole #4.

You got my attention now . I was just recently looking at the Wisconsin side of the area, dreaming of an outing there. The DNR won't let us play with our little trucks there? Seriously?!?

I want it to happen, but it's gonna take some wrangling to do it, depending on times and dates. I was playing with the idea of a camping trip there at some point, but hotels are nice too.

I only have about 20 hours of paid time off right now, and I need to give 2 weeks notice for vacation. I get 8 hours of PTO every 2 weeks. How many days are we thinking?

IF I am in town the week of the August 29th competition, I would be interested. (I may be stuck on a work project in Tampa, FL). But I know that I cannot make the August 8th event as my sister-in-law is getting married that day.

I think I can make it work for any time 2 weeks from today.

Now I'll have to figure out how to get the broken leftovers of a servo plug out of my crawler's reciever. I plugged in some test lights to the dig port on the rx, and had to destroy the end to get it out

They will let you play but the insurance requirement is a big number plus you'll need some collateral like someone's home.

No sweat Interstate Park at Taylors Falls is a premier RC crawling area and the Minnesota Rangers consider the MNRCRC a feature of interest for other park visitors.

Better get used to lots of non RC spectaters this can be a busy place.

We also have several comps in the Duluth area and they have some incredible crawling locations.

We feel pretty lucky.
