Ok just flipped the links. It cut it down some. If I start slow and slowly increase my speed to full then stop. The rear wants to come off the ground. It's like the brakes are too powerful. Would putting the axial grey spring on be too much?

Look on the end of the spring, there is a color code red, white, green, yellow and blue. Soft to firm in that order. You would have to have one that is stiffer than the right rear.

It's the stiff stock one that comes with the AX10. It has a blue dot on it.

The shock oil that I used in my stock axial shocks was 30wt in the front two, 45wt in the right rear and 60wt in the left rear. Depending on the pistons in your shocks you may have to go heavier or lighter. That should give you a good place to start though.

Will look in to that. Right now I have Losi 4' shocks.

That should be pretty close as far as the oil goes. Do you have your shocks limited at all? 4" shocks unlimited might give you too much articulation. You can use fuel tubing on the shaft inside the shock, start with about 3/8" to 1/2".

With the way the links are they stop the shocks from going all the way down. For articulation I get about 5" up front. Tried the axial grey with no luck. Too stiff and got the same results as with the losi red. Before it seemed to crawl well at Kasper's. Little confused tho as one told me to left the rear links now told to lower them. For now I think I'll run lower with one up one down front and back. Might be a stupid question, but when the wheels lift I'm on carpet. Could I be getting too much traction.

Edit: ALso my rear shocks are mounted on the outside of the stock location. So it goes tab>lower link>spacer>tab> shock.

Like I said before, you will have to crawl it on some rocks to see what really works. Your not gonna be able to get it set up perfect right off. I'm throwing stuff at you that helped me. You will still have to do some trial and error testing. Everyone's "style" is a little different. Try some stuff and keep asking questions.

Rgr. So should the rear shocks be farther part at the bottom like this / \ or like this | |.

Edit: Eeerr wait just looked at the rear set-up again. It goes lower link> tab> spacer> shock> tab.

Edit again: Not sure if this helps at all. Has custom made Delrin Skid that moves the motor and transmission closer to the center, and moves it forward for more weight
transfer to the front. Also the motor is a HH Colbalt 7t puller incase that helps. Here is the ad from the guy I bought it from. This tells allt he parts and such on it.

Just out of curiosity, where is the balance point on your rig? Weight bias is yet one more tuning option. Most people's rigs balance out somewhere near the skid's front edge.

The way I found (for me) was to run tab link spacer (if needed) shock tab.

Mine is pretty much right there give or take 1/4". The other day I was balancing it on my finger to see the balance point. Bad habit I got it to in my knife throwing days.

Where are the mounting points on the skid plate for the links, are they the same front and back?

Lower link to the outside, lower shock mount to the inside. What's your ride height? In the pic it looks a lil high.

Front and back are towards the middle.

If you do the 3/8" spacer inside the shock that will lower your ride height. 3" isn't too bad though.

2.5~2.75 is ideal for most crawlers, but each rig is different. You may want to look at lowering it at some point.

No, Super and I are NOT trying to confuse you. It's just that there are many small adjustments that will either help or hurt your particular setup and driving style

Right now I have 4 19mm spacers in the Creeper, that I could put on the AX10. Whats the height of your rig?
