Going to try for this. Might make some of my ghost chili, need to see my lawyer about some contracts tho. This is to release me of any responsibility due to damage from the chili.

I think they open @ 10:00 so how about fun to start @ 11:00? It won't be a sit down type meal so we can bash, comp, eat, drink and if you dress the part be Mary...

Do we want to keep the regular comp series going for this?? Or should we drop this event from the point series & have it be "Just for Fun"??

I could go either way, just wanting to see what other thought's are on this?

Not sure on what I'll bring for food yet... I'll post once I figure it out.

I think everyone would have more fun if it was just a fun comp/bash.

How hot do you all like your chili?? By the way this is not Wisconsin chili, it's not a thin as broth or has noodles in it.

Most the time I make it to if you were to fart you can remove paint from the wall. I'll most likely make it just enough heat to so you know it's there but can still taste the chili. After all whats the point in using sirloin and good spices if it's so hot you can't taste it. I can however bring up chopped habs or king cobras for those who want more heat.
