NIRC Revenge Of The Cliffs TTC (June 2013)
 

NIRC is hosting it's beginning of summer TTC June 15th and 16th
at Cliffs Off Road park in Marseilles, IL.
It is a 2 day event with camping at Papa Murph's Tavern.

The events are:
Hill Climb
Sled Pull
Rubicon
Tank Trap
Obstacle Course (timed event)
(and a bonus Tug of War)

After a full Saturday of TTC action we will head to Papa Murph's Tavern for dinner, drinks, pool and fun!
And then, Sunday morning, we'll go back to Cliffs for the 2nd day of the TTC!

Saturday night we will have a grill going and there are several firer pits as well as a port o potty on premises.
Please bring your own food and drinks in a cooler.
The tavern sells firewood, ice, some food and of course, carry out service.
There is no electricity! Most lipo chargers can charge from a car battery.

I will be going to both the park and campground on Friday to scout new courses and prep old ones. You are welcome to join me for an extra day of camping and exploring.

We have had to raise the price to enter the TTC because the Cliffs Offroad park has raised their prices.

Because we will need to shuttle people up to the rock pile, we will need to pay for 5 1:1 trucks or so to get into the park, that's $24 per truck/driver plus the $5 per passenger.

We won't know exact cost till we find out how many people are showing up but I'm guessing $15 for the first day and $5 for the second day.

Sorry, I'm trying to keep cost down as low as possible but it just wasn't fair to put 5x the cost on the people willing to help shuttle.
