Corp did you check the drive gear inside? I have a welder and first time I used it the damn drive gear stripped out and wouldn't feed the wire... its the gear that feeds the wire. finally I took the sob back to menards and they replaced it and so far no issues

But I like my 220v Lincoln stick welder but I also build 1:1 stuff and the 110c mig wasn't doing it

I've been thinking about getting a welder but the initial cost is keeping me away. I was thinking about a flux core but heard not good things about it as far as welding small materials.

VERY NICE!!! yeah I use a 110v fluxless welder no gas of any kind and its ok I just don't like the weld splatter and the whitish powder it leaves behind. but alittle bit of grinding and cleaning it up its fine...
