What was the price tag on it and does it include the leafs? If not, what do they recommend?

Was kinda pricey...$396.00 shipped. No it doesn't come with leaf springs they recommend Tamiya 9808091 Springs and the soft red rc4wd springs with the helpers in the front. They also recommend ECX213000 shocks. Gonna try them out only $12.

This is what you get in the Ultimate kit....

Left and Right Chassis Rails, 19.7 inches long
Front Servo Mount
Front Shock Mounts
Front Leaf Spring mount, and swing hanger
Front 540 size Motor Mount Plate
GCM LowRange Scale Transmission, Steel Gear, 14.3 Gear Ratio
LRT2 Transfer Case, 1.11 Overdrive Front Output
Transfer Case Cross Member
Frame Center Cross Member
Frame Rear Cross Member/Rear Shock Mount
Rear Leaf Spring mount, and swing hanger
Includes All Hex Hardware, 12t Pinion Gear for 1/8 motor shaft, All steel drivetrain gears and shafts, and all aluminum mounts and rails.

Never had $400 fit in my mail box so well.

Nice . I think I'd be willing to part with my TF 2 for a build like this.

True enough. Not sure if I'd be happy with a leafsprung rig again though. Kinda like the twisty/flexy .

I looked at them awhile ago on their website, just out of curiosity. They look damn nice! If I found a body I really liked, I might consider it.

Where can I find a 50's style interior? I've been looking and I can't seem to find one. Someone used to make one for the orig. scx10 body I think.

Hmmm, that's a tough one. I don't think I've seen anything pre-made for that vintage. Since the interiors of early 50's trucks were pretty minimal you might be able to put something together from various parts sources. You could go bench seat or buckets, and a steering wheel and shifter and you're halfway there. Or you could go the Pro Street/Race route.
