| New to this site and this form of the sport looks like a lot of fun. I'm not new to the RC world, I've done Cars, Planes, Helis, Boats and now it looks like I need to get into the crawler seen. I've been looking at the vids on Youtube and it looks like there is a few different types of crawlers. The XTM cough my eye simply because it was all Aluminum and looked real beefy. But before I pull the trigger I wanted to get some input from people that have been their done that. Would this be a good truck to start with the money isn't that big of an issue so thats not really a factor to a certain extent. So Question's, Shafty or not? Electronics any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

The X-Factor super is fairly new,so there's not much out there on them yet. Looks to be a decent platform though. Personally,I don't care for the itty bitty chassis and shocks mounted to the links. There's always a rivalry between shafties and Clod/MOA type rigs. The Clod/MOA type are more popular for the super class. I prefer a shaft driven truck,so thats what I stick with. |

Plus, how many Dana 60s or Rockwells have V8's driving them. Not very realistic. Catch my drift |
