Red face x-factor diffs and electric conversion?

hello, new here.

the story goes like this, i bought, actually pre ordered, an original x-factor back in the day. it was a nice truck till both diffs blew out in it after the first hour of running it. some jb weld was only a temporary solution that lasted long enough for me to convert it to 4WS. it went into storage and there it sits, but its time to get back in the game.

where can i get new diff. units, preferably locked diffs?
i still have 40s pro-line tires on t-maxx rims i would like to adapt onto my X, what part(s) do i need?
and finally, i want to turn this into a crawler, how do i convert my X to electric?

sorry for all the noob questions, but its been a very long time since ive "played" with rc. is my x-factor even worth converting, or should i start fresh with a good base electric vehicle and upgrade. im far from rich, very far lol.
