ive found that the single jr650m servo in the rear and front were heating up and over strained due to the 0 offset wheels that get too much leverage off rocks rocks. they only lasted for about 6 hrs of use so i thought if ran 2 servos off a "y" harness that they would be under powered causing less heat and two servos to take the load. just to try this i purchased some cheap tower pro mg995 servos off ebay, installed them using x crawler alum servo bracket tabs. i also orederd some alum futaba 1-1/2" servo arms. to tie the servos together i used a revo tie rod. ![]() the servos have lasted about 20hrs so far and the stay mildly warm at the warmest and this thing turns amaizing. my next step is to put some titanium geared 333oz servos for added strength and a longer life. ![]() |
