Default Whats Clocking your axles???

A searched and came up with nothing. Any pictures of clocked axles? What exactly does "clocking" entail?

Don't have pictures for you; but my Search using "clock" in Forum Titles only came up with this, which should get you going.

thats a clocked axle right there.

clocking = rotating the gear box in relation to the axle tube.

clocking the axle would be done to make it easier on the u-joint by turning the pinion up towards the trans
