Red face Pinion Gear installation

I received 2 novak 55T motors each with 3.2 mm shaft. I will be installing 14T pinion gear on the shaft. How do you actually install this ?

I am so new to this, i didnt order the pinion gear yet, so I'll do it once some nice guy guides me to the right direction

I am building an XTM X-Crawler btw. I got 2 novak 55T + 1 rooster crawler esc till now. Still to ship is RDS 8000 radio, x-crawler itself, servos.

Robinson Racing Product has a wide range of different sized pinion gears. There is a set screw that will come with the pinion gear with an allen head to set it securly your going to want to go with the 48 pitch.
