Oh Boy! It is the year of the Toyota in our happy little corner of the RC world. Years ago we begged to have one hard body Toyota, now we have 3 options!
The 2012 version of the Bruiser includes all of the same features that the 1985 version did, includes the 3 speed transmission, solid axle leaf spring suspension, Bruiser body with sleeper cab, and metal ladder frame chassis. In addition, the Bruiser includes:
• Newly-designed die-cast transmission is equipped with planetary gears.
• Refined clutch mechanisms offer smooth gear changes and superb durability. 3-speed gears are possible (1st gear=4WD, 2nd & 3rd gears=Rear Wheel Drive).
• Newly-designed front/rear axle housings are equipped with differential gears which offer smooth cornering performance.
• Front and rear differentials may be locked for enhanced off-road performance.
• Front & rear large diameter tires.
• Separately available LEDs can be installed in the light cases to depict realistic head and tail lights.
• Type 540 motor included.
To operate all the functions of the Bruiser you will need a 4 channel radio.
