Who is watching the inauguration today?

So your claiming to see the future now? Awesome. What's next months powerball numbers? I've got my pen and paper ready....

That's just downright stupidity. And why do his supporters always go back to that one thing? Congradulations, he "kept us safe". Of course he's the only one who could have done it and fighting in Iraq was the only way to do it. So sure he kept us safe. That's kinda like going bowling and getting a strike on the tenth frame after getting gutter balls the whole game

So being safe or having the freedom to openly have this discussion isn't a real big deal to you?

Why don't you go try to live in Iraq for a while and see how you like it, I bet with in 2 hours you would be running back to the US so you could have your freedom, and not have to worry about someone KILLING you because you have different beliefs.

Just curious, why did the inauguration cost over $170 million, the protection for the inauguration also cost over $45 million, think of all the families this money could have bought a hot meal or a home for. Good job of redistributing the wealth.

Is that a yes on Gitmo still being open a year from now?

It's easy to criticize someone for the decisions they have made when you don't know the circumstances behind those decisions.

Welcome to the real world Obama supporters. The blame it on Bush days are over! The Messiah is hear, let's see how well he sticks to his campaign propaganda's now.:ror:

BTW, the Dow was down 330 points today. I thought once Bush was gone, everything was going to be just peachy?

Don't worry your not going to win... LOL

I'm not saying I can see the Future. Thats just my guess... But I just have a feeling it's going to be true. If the troops get pulled back and we slack on the terriost war... We will get hit again. 10x worse then before.

Who says Bush screwed up? He kept the US safe from terrorist for 7 years

Idiot.

The only thing Bush ever did was keep some Mom's from carrying breast milk on planes and cut funding to things that really matter like Education and benefits for Veterans. Seven years? That's a pretty sorry record ...

After explaining to them about Obama's past association w/ convicted terrorist, his association w/ his racist hate mongering pastor, his voting record while in the Senate, his socialist views, and his total lack of experience, they were all shocked! They said they hadn't know about any of that.

Really? You're wife must work with some very intelligent individuals, I bet she's top of the crop by now! I wonder how many of them knew of the Bush family's relations with the Saudi's that continued well into Bush Jr's first term, or of any any of the middle east's involvement in big Texas oil? Socialist views? Wow, what about the so called "Patriot" act and the list goes on ...

Weather you like it or not, this IS the most important inauguration in recent history and it's not because of who was elected, it's because some idiots 4 years ago decided to reelect what should have been a lame duck president who had it in his plans to screw up as much stuff as he could before leaving office. Mccain or Obama, I'm just glad that shit is over ...

And spending billions of dollars in Iraq is what allows me to run my mouth on an internet forum?

Why don't you go try to live in Iraq for a while and see how you like it, I bet with in 2 hours you would be running back to the US so you could have your freedom, and not have to worry about someone KILLING you because you have different beliefs.

I know, that's why I live here. I think we should leave them alone to do what they want there.

Just curious, why did the inauguration cost over $170 million, the protection for the inauguration also cost over $45 million, think of all the families this money could have bought a hot meal or a home for. Good job of redistributing the wealth.

Security cost so much because of all the skin heads that were watching the inauguration "to see if he gets shot".

And spending billions of dollars in Iraq is what allows me to run my mouth on an internet forum? Yes

I know, that's why I live here. I think we should leave them alone to do what they want there.
They attacked the US, that's why we are over there, do you want it to happen again?

Security cost so much because of all the skin heads that were watching the inauguration "to see if he gets shot". Why did he need to have a inauguration that cost over $200 million dollars?

..........

Idiot.

The only thing Bush ever did was keep some Mom's from carrying breast milk on planes and cut funding to things that really matter like Education and benefits for Veterans. Seven years? That's a pretty sorry record ...

So you do not agree that the US has not had a terrorist attack in the last 7 years?

-How do you figure? Before Bush came along, we had many of the same freedoms I'm currently enjoying. Then he came out with this "patriot act" crap and we lost alot of that freedom; right to a fair trial by a jury of our peers, right to an attourney, our stance on torture-should I continue? And let me guess, torture works? Then why does nearly every ex-interrogator say that torture actually had the opposite effect on detainees?

-Who attacked the US? Osama Bin Laden. Where has it been proven that Bin Laden is? Afghanistan. So somehow we got from Osama Bin Laden and Afghanistan to Saddam Hussein and Iraq...Evil Knievel couldn't have made that jump.

-I donno. Do you? I'm sure it wasn't Barack Obama that layed out the schedule or decided how money would be spent. So yeah, perhaps it was too much. But he's not the guy to blame.

Why yes she is. She just received her Masters Degree from Missouri University in Rehabilitation and is now serving the blind community here in Missouri. She will soon start on her second Masters Degree from KU before getting her PhD.

Thanks for asking.

All of which excuses Obama's shortcomings, beliefs, and associations?

It amazes me that every time Obama's shortcomings are raised, his supporters change the conversation to Bush or accuse you of being racist.

I strongly disagree and hope that 4 years from now, Americans return to Conservative values that it sorely needs.

All I can say is, God help us.

...

Right, the conservative values that have led us into such wonderful times over the last eight years?

Hardly.

Bush isn't a Conservative and most of the Republican party as of late is nothing more than a thinly veiled clone of the Democrats.

Bush was the better choice when faced w/ that idiot Al Gore!

As for the last eight years, much of it could have been avoided had your other Savior, (Good ol Slick Willy) spent less time chasing ass and more time chasing terrorist!

Right, and of course it always goes back to the blow jobs. That must be why at the end of Clinton's second term we had a booming economy, trillions of dollars in surplus, and a balanced budget. Shall we talk about one or two of the other presidents that had extra-maritial affairs? Lincoln and Kennedy were two. Didn't they do pretty well while in office? Well, only if you consider freeing the slaves and going to the moon as good things...You want to know a president who has never cheated on his wife? George W. Bush.

And how do you explain the fact that the economy, as well as the country as a whole, does better under a Democratic leader? And unlike some people I will back up my statements with evidence:

http://blogs.princeton.edu/election...conomy-fares-much-better-under-democrats.html

Depends on how conveniently you forget that whole anthrax thing and those guys who killed 16 people in DC and where never found, never mind the wacko that would have blew up a plane if he had a butane lighter.

None of which excuse anything, but they do point out a certain amount of hypocrisy emanating from the camp of the Grand (not so) Old Party. At the end of the day Obama (no matter how bad you want him to be) will be no worse that his predecessor; in other words all the claims of armageddon you're so fond of are redundant and childlike.

Conservative Values? Really? IF you want Conservative VALUES put a Southern Baptist preacher in the White House for God's sake and leave the preaching to the Politicians.

Give me a break.
