Yep, no more battery tray mounts for me, I have taken the shocks off/on a few times and have managed to strip 2 of the 4 plastic mounting locations, So I whipped these up, I think they turned out pretty good. As a side note I can also use them to adjust the pinion angle easily. What do you think?

dude explain to me how exactly did you whip these up? because if you can just whip up those lord knows what you can do if you decide to beat up something rather then just whip it! can you whip up more and how much?

Those are saweeet!! You might have to make another set.
I want em LOL. Are you gonna run it with out the battery tray?
I guess those shock mounts could double as to tie in the tranny.

I can get you the part numbers if you want, I'm not running the tray, What you see there is my complete rig, I put my electronics on the links as well as my lipo pack.

Yes I would like the part #s. I think in the future I might need
to do something different for mounting the shocks and prolly
be a good idea to get rid of some top heavy weight by eliminating
the battery tray.

Ckrc is releasing a two stage kit soon
I just went to CKRC's website. It looks pretty nice. Any idea when it will be released?

Two things I see that wont work about the stage two kit.
The first is the front cross brace on the ckrc kit it needs a bend or raised to clear a normal 540 can.

Two when the dig unit comes out where are you going to mount the servo?

Nope I just have been trying to find them...I know I saved the tags from the bags, I will dig through the tags in the morn...promise!

Looks nice. Are you experiencing any slippage in the links(pivoting) seeing that they are just supported on either end and angled with 1 contact screw point?

thanks
