Swine Flu question.

Any of you guys wondered why the Department of Homeland Security is involved in the Swine Flu discussion?

Shouldn't this be a Center for Disease Control (CDC) problem?

All the headlines and stories I've seen are citing quotes from DHS.

I'm guessing cause of all the illegals being smuggled and sneaking in? other than that I'm guessing its a huge Govt conspiracy. we invented the disease to kill of the mexican nationals so that we can covertly take care of illegal immigration without giving up on their pro-assimilation political stance... or not:lol:

I just heard on NPR today that they don't really know if wearing a painters mask helps at all:roll: The only way I think it could work is if it blocked someone from coughing directly in your face.

Another thing they said is to stay out of hospitals unless it is a life and death emergency.
