I'll counter sue for twice that. Since that is an original picture by me, its automatically my intelectual property, to which I am the sole owner. Try again.
Do you have that design drawn out on a piece of paper? You'd better check with Jeepial...

The original, yes. Once it was scanned into the computer, I mailed it to myself and left it unopened. That secures the date of conception, and unless someone can come up with one dated earlier, it remains my property. I do the same with the plans to all of my interstellar peanutbutter powered starships.

I have a Trademark on my company name and logo a copywrite on my MRC rebuild now called an Evolution. But Trademarks protect you by keeping someone else from doing business as you or promotoing a business as your company. As far as the copywrite goes. There are 8 billion different designs for products out there that have a copywrite. it only protects that product from being reproduced. if I change one thing on say an Axial chassis, Its no longer an axial chassis! there for I can copyright the design. truth is that almost everything on the market in RC doesnt have a copyright on it to begin with because it cost too much money to protect something that can be changed to make it different or better, or even worse. as long as it isnt the same thing. And it does cost alot of money for both copywrite and trademark protection.
