Selling our house

I have cat allergies . Wouldnt want to replace carpet . Hang a cheap flatscreen on the wall and hid ethe wiring for godsakes

Cat allergies is something home buyers would need to deal with. The only way of getting around that issue 100% is to build a new home;-)

I can't tell how big the room with the blue couch is, but it looks like the couch and a table block the walkway on one side. It seems to me like that could be a problem, if someone walks into that room and sees that a couch takes up that much space in a commonly used room it could be a turn off. if this is the case maybe it can be moved and smaller furniture can be brought in to replace it.

I don't think it's how the house looks at all, I'm sure it's the price
we have 8 houses now up for sale & 3 repos in our neighborhood, within 2 blocks of us. 4 of these houses are very nice and have been on the market for for 2 years. we tryed to sale our house last year, the realtor said $150 no more:shock: 4 years ago they told us it was worth $240.
I didn't read why you want to sell........
just a bad time to sell, if you don't need to sell.....don't

True that price has most to do with it, it may not be over priced but people also can't afford to buy right now anyway. Man you are 6months late, if it was up while the 8,000 dollar tax credit was in affect it might have sold quicker.

Have faith Gerame, I'll win the lottery this week and buy your house.......

SIKE!!!!!! :lmao:

That was cold, I'll buy an acerage in Missouri and get out of Nebraska for good.

Some say Missouri is God's contry, well I say if thats so.......

WOW!!!THATS A LOW PRICE!!!!:lmao:

Ya get more for your money, taxes are less by far from here in The Tax me State of Nebraska, and it is nice there. End of story.

Moving to MO will save us at least $12,000.00 per year over living here.

I think I'm moving to your parts. Down the street here there is a small empty lot for 350,000.00
Haha.....there is a lot in my neighborhood that is selling for almost three times that.

The city here keeps raising the appraised value of my house....I dont know if it's actually worth that or if they are just screwing me out of more tax revenue. They keep raising all of the property values in my neighborhood.....unfortunately, most of my neighbors are over the age of 65 and still probably paying the same rates they did in 1980. :ror:

The ever growing salaries and benefits of the public sector have to paid for some how. No way to reduce spending, only raise more money.

The lot is 75 foot wide and 128 foot deep. The front of the house is set back 40 feet from the street, is about 40 foot deep, and the house is 65 foot wide. I know that last measurement because I actually had to take a foot off the width in order to fit it on the lot:ror:
