Well im starting over:lmao: sterling sold me his jk body, rc4wd killer transfer case, and prob gonna buy his rc4wd disruptor tranny (already got it mounted sterling so i gues its mine:mrgreen:) and some extended scx10 chassis plates so ill be posting pics and I've given up on brazing, so im buying a mig welder set up with tax money and im gonna start pumping out some roll cages heck i might even build sterling a roll cage:flipoff:

MIG is the way to go...brazings no fun...too much thinking involved

My Hobart 140 works really well for about everything I've asked it to do. The last project was the roll cage on my 1:1 samurai. It'll burn through 1/4" without trouble. That's the max its "rated" for, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it on some 5/8" material. It also works well on the lower settings too. The sheet metal on the Samurais has to be the worst ever...it's thinner than soda can. Ask me how I know...then again DON'T!
