GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

did you try the things i suggjested

Also on epa, i believe you can, but you have to adjust c3 so its on the side you want to adjust

I tried them all. I even switched to a new fresh model, and switched ch2 and 3 to rev just like before. Now when I try to calibrate the escs the front one will arm and the rear wont. I will get a vid of some of the odd things i am encountering

But it works fine on your other moa?

Not sure I have the same problem as highlandcrawler.

Finished calibrated front esc on ch2 yesterday, today tried the rear esc on ch3 but fail, I can only completed calibrate esc on ch2, on ch3 only forward and backward calibrated but neutral failed(no matter front or rear esc) so the rear motor is not running.
Please help.
Thanx!

I have a similar issue also. Im uploading some video to show whats going on and my radio settings. What esc are you using?

try 0.3.2

It may be a bug in 0.4.0, as i have done little testing...but as far as i know nothing changed mixing wise.

try using REV instead of NOR in keep mapping...on both of them
To also clarify I have the truck running on a model already. It just seems like there is something wrong in the settings and that is why I am trying to calibrate to a fresh model. I can recalibrate the speedos in this model and all is ok. Its when I switch to a new model and try to calibrate the escs the rear one just wont finish arming. It goes to the end and never finds neutral. I will post a vid in a minute of me trying to arm to a new model

Thats why i am asking if you turned mixing on..in the long click EPA menu

kinda hard to calibrate if mixing isn't turned on to move ch 3

In my working model it switched the way my f/r digs works but did not let me calibrate in the new model

also you went into Long click epa and turned dig on, correct?
In my working model it is set up yes. I left it out of the vid as I figured it was a given lol. On the fresh model only thing I changes is ch2&3 to rev

:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops: Guess what? You nailed my arming problem right there. They both calibrate perfect now. Cant belive I missed that. Now to see if the other demons from the previous ch are still there. Thanks a ton and I will report back later on how it works."thumbsup"

Yep thats what its supposed todo, its just how i have set all mine up so i just wanted to make sure the ch's and switches don't have to be the same selection.

in your old model try to turn ch2&3 to REV...as castles like th ch to be reversed to calibrate correctly.
