this kid is full of BS he hasn't had no death threats. If he did why would he be posting the wraith up for sale or trade under a new screen name on our local forum friday night or saturday morning . he is feeding AJcloud with bullsh*t stories. Like i said a page or 2 ago I firmly believe his dad is in on it . When i had a deal go bad with him I only got excuses on why we couldn't meet . I also sat and waited to meet his dad one day he promised me his dad would be there 2 1/2 hours later he texted me and said his dad was home and not going to leave to meet me. Then finally I meet up with his dad to get the rest of what he owed me but the kid texted me and told me his dad couldn't talk to me he had to hurry and get home. He also told his dad that that when we meet that he couldn't talk to me because I was in a hurry. So we talked for about an hour and he was oh I never heard any of what was going on and showed him that his kid hid 20.00 in a tire he owed me so his dad wouldn't know. So as you can see his dad did nothing humm make you wounder Is his dad in on it hidding behind a so called innocent kid' You read in to this anything you want the kid is a thief. I have no reason to lie to anyone about it , I read the texts that he send ALcloud and if I still had them from our deal i could show you one he sent me they are the same BS.

Exactly what I said, MAYBE THE KID HAS DOUCHBAG PARENTS that wouldnt get him to the post office!!! The kid is trying to do the right thing but keeping in touch with ajcloud because he knows his dad is an asshole and wont help him out... and dont tell me its not possible.

Twizted Metal. Maybe your not familiar with this guy and his typical reactions. I can understand why you may feel that he might telling the truth, But I doubt seriously that anyone has called him and threated his life. Now that would be immature!
The kid has gone by several different names. I cant explain why he keeps coming back or hasnt gotten the picture yet but it is apparent that he is in fact that stupid to not get it.
The reason someone drove by his home and took a picture wasnt to threaten the guy, I believe that this member who lived in the area was going to make contact with the kid and or father and get the situation resolved.
I honestly believe that this time the pictures and the talk of threatening him scared him enough to react and get the pckage shipped out.

I was the one who deleted my posts because I am seriously that angered that someone can continue to keep doing this to members here who work hard to get the stuff they want. I felt that what I had said about the whole situation was too much talky talky on my behalf. My next post was clearly just stating that something needs to be done law wise.
I can have those posts added back in if I need proof of my remarks.
Im not saying it is right that he be afraid, but I believe the next step is that someone should bring this to his parents attention which judging from the posts in the cell conversations looks like what he is trying to avoid as well as ajcloud contacting the police.
At this point I dont see the thread locked down by Badger or Jason on behalf of a police investigation.
I dont see a whole lot of action in any direction.
But dont be fooled by this kids continued non stop stupidity. He is clearly taking advantage of anyone he can because it worked the first few times.
And since we know that this kid is in fact reading what is posted. He should be aware that someone is going to contact the police and his parent eventually so this can stop happening.
As jermeyH stated, Dont be stupid and threaten this kid or attack him if you feel that needs to be done. Its just not the way to handle it. I feel that Badger is the guy to handle this better than anyone on this end and the next person who gets taken should contact the police.

Nope, just trying to get to the bottom of this, A guy was GUN-HO about getting Justice for another member. Took time out of his day to
1. get the kids address.
2. Probly have the Kids Phone Number by talking with AJCloud.
3. DROVE to the kids house and took a picture.
4. Stated that if he was going to stop by that this is the HOUSE the Kid lives at.
5. Still gun-ho about getting Justice.
6. Dropped of the thread they started after making threats to a 15 year old Untill I called it out?.
7. Gives some BS politican responce about how he dont want nothing todo with this blah blah blah....

I used to work at a Mental Facility and had to be able to READ people befor they did anything (hitting, kicking, threats. Lying ect). I am really good at calling out some Bullshit when I see it.

And on that note. I can call out on 2 hands since I have been a member here where an individual has taken advantage of another member and it was taken to the point of personal contact. You may be against these action and all in all this might be concidered an attack by some, But this is what works. It has never involved threats or violence, Only the fact that no one can hide from screwing someone over and it starts out nice and then may end in police contact.
Just about every single time a new member has done this sort of thing. It has always ended in that person sending an appropriate payment or returning the goods or being arrested.
I remember very well a member from Ohio if I recall correctly getting a phone call wondering how in the heck we found him. He lied, he denied, even acted like he was a police officer and then finally got scared enough to panic and ask that the phone calls stop. The truck was returned to that member that week. and this guy was in his 40's
I can also recall a member getting his truck broken into in Colorado and the trucks that were in the back seat of his truck were being sold on craigslist in the next town over. Found by members here on rcc who care! A call was made, a meeting was set, and arrests were made.
Its the simple effect of that this is a communitee of 30,000+ crawlers strong. We live in different states, different types of crawling, we even differ from opinions, but in the end. we are all brothers and sisters who look out for eachother.
If someone in my state took advantage of a fellow crawler, I would do everything in my power to help resolve the situation peacefully.

damn I have said this over and over his da will take him where ever and when ever he wants to go . His dad has been told and talked to by many people in our area including the people at the local hobby shop . So he has to be in on it too . Anyone that want to say he's an innocent kid has never dealt with him. You can talk to anyone in our area from our forums to craigslist and they all have had run ins with him that went bad. okay so since there are people who know where the kid lives, why not drop by and speak with the kids dad and get to the bottom of it? show his dad whats been said and whats going on and judge his reaction. if he denies it all, then yes he's in on it. if not, he will make the kid make it right. something needs to be done, but without threats or violence, which i doubt has even happened at all.
and to those bashing ajcloud, i honestly think he did the right thing by staying out of this thread. he wanted to get things resolved in a mature manner, and knew that by posting here it would get people riled up and he just wants the situation to be right. but since the situation wasn't resolved he came and gave an update.
getting the authorities involved might solve the situation, but ultimately they will end up leaving it in the parents hands anyway, so why not start with a nice, calm, mature conversation with the kids father?
