okay so since there are people who know where the kid lives, why not drop by and speak with the kids dad and get to the bottom of it? show his dad whats been said and whats going on and judge his reaction. if he denies it all, then yes he's in on it. if not, he will make the kid make it right. something needs to be done, but without threats or violence, which i doubt has even happened at all.

and to those bashing ajcloud, i honestly think he did the right thing by staying out of this thread. he wanted to get things resolved in a mature manner, and knew that by posting here it would get people riled up and he just wants the situation to be right. but since the situation wasn't resolved he came and gave an update.

getting the authorities involved might solve the situation, but ultimately they will end up leaving it in the parents hands anyway, so why not start with a nice, calm, mature conversation with the kids father?

well if that is the case, then the authorities really need to get involved. if they get involved and want the parent to do something, then let them know that the father hasn't done anything thus far. i just hope this whole thing gets resolved and the kid learns his lesson, it sucks to know that there are people out there that are this blatantly ignorant and think they can get away with crap like this

The way I see it is, ultimately, only ajcloud can get his wraith back legally. It can be retrieved other ways, but at this point, illegally. Let's face it, the kids intimidated. I will go to his house still and tell his dad what is going on. May not fix anything, but it is the first of many steps that can be carried out to get this kid on the right path. I seriously doubt he will change his ways. He seems to have been doing this for a while. We are all aware of him and his ways, and I think we should do everything we can to make it to where everyone knows of him. I personally have made craigslist ads in the past, warning others to stay away from him in my area. He seems like the biggest offender when it comes to trying to scam people, that I have seen in a while. He is relentless. I will not nor have I ever, threatened any harm to him. I put pictures of his house up to let him know that he is not going to get away with anything. He cannot hide behind the computer anymore. Phil the kid is a douche, no question, and I know Twizted won't disagree, but because the system is F'd up and you did post pics of his house and because you said you'd go to his house. If the kid decided to say you threatened him you up shit creek, doesn't matter that he lied and is so full of shit that the hair on his head looks like one of those play-doh molds. You'll have to go through soooo much red tape and legal bull, that your head will spin. When kids are involved it's guilty until proven innocent to protect the kid, and it will be your burden to prove that you didn't do what he could claim.

All T is trying to say is step back and let the parties involved settle it out, and do your best to warn others in the mean time without adding any fuel.
