2012-2013 Rock Hard 1.9 Scaler Series Info Page

You should be ok, I have my electronics water proofed but thats it. Most of the time the water will maybe cover your wheels but that depends on your driving for sure.

Water is usually no Higher than top of the tires. But that still doesn't mean you won't flip your rig on its side and totally submerge your electronics, take it from me it happens:twisted:

forgot to ask about water....you guys go submarining? Or what? Was planning to do some waterproofing...just not sure how much

Yes waterproofing is recomended but as James stated below the water is not really above the tires. Some bonus's could be a little deeper though:mrgreen: lol

Dunk the tf2 in a 5gal bucket of plastidip, done "thumbsup"

:lmao: That well work for sure, Your ready for the plunge lol

Yea James knows first hand what happens when water and electronics mix:roll: Smokey, smokey:mrgreen: But they keep coming back for more because it's fun and we have a blast doing it lol.

I dunked my wraith before...didn't loose anything, killed the day coz stuff got wet but let it sit in some rice for a couple of days...started right up again. Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to seal things up.

Well I'm hoping that I will make it, having some issues with my rig and I dont have back my Class 1 rig so not sure it I will be able to make it. I will try no matter what but I come back from germany that week and not sure how I will be feeling.

Going to try and come out check it out done a few G6 events are these similar to those? Ran in the 1.9 adventurous class.

No not like a g6 but more like a 1.1 we rock or cal roc event so it'll be more like a comp with the 2.2 rigs but with scalers lol Come out for sure as you well like this format and meet some new peeps"thumbsup"

Your Class 1 is ready and will be charged up waiting for you on comp day.. I was in the middle of PM you then I saw your sad post..:flipoff:

The tires are not legal for the class, so you / we just need to borrow some or buy some tires.. If you have not already.. I do not have any spare Class 1 tires. I'm doing the rest of the body / fender flair trimming tonight. "thumbsup"

PM & more photos being sent.

noodle I have some mud slingers on Losi rims if you need to use them.

That would be great James if you could bring them as I am not sure if I will have time to get other tires as I am traveling for work and wont be back home till Wednesday.
Thanks and Matt your the man
