now heres a power question. that white power connection that comes stock on axial rtr cars. the hobbyshop says they are not really designed for the power lipo's put out and recomended me switching to deans or traxas connections.

is it true? its the only reason I own a nihm battery and had they told me when I bought the car it takes all of 2-3 mins for them to change out the connection I'da delt with it that day.

Yes the Tamiya style connectors are a fire hazard.
