I know I am excited to drive this car! I want to see how those 4 magnet cans work. I have never swayed from a 2 mag can.

Is the chaos a 4 magnet can?

I just went with a cheaper motor and then upgraded some of the options that I understand.

All of Eddie O's motor talk just confuses me and makes me feel small:cry:

I know I am excited to drive it and compare it to my truck.

I've set it up similar to mine so we have a solid baseline to work from.

Nah...they're 2 mag cans, but you went with the ST which is a 5mm web skewed armature. I like skewed arms in my motors...

No, I got confused. I was thinking the Creep motors which are the 4 mag motors. Either way, should be good to go and I think you will be stoked with the skewed arms.

Looks like my motors won't be here in time for the comp on saturday.
So I installed some old Holmes 35t torquemasters for now.

I also started working on the electronics layout tonight.
I will have a long night of soldering and rig prep tomorrow.

I have it as a slider/roller now.

I also did one more little trick to this chassis that I did to my own recently to help with the amount of shock spacers I was using.

Here is a cell pic of my rig as I was putting it back together.

I would say that it was a successful day considering this was a brand new, untested setup that he has never ran before.

We still have to work out a couple electrical bugs that I wasn't able to attend to yet, along with tweak a couple things in the suspension.

Catfish cleaned house today with me in a distant 2nd place.

All 5 courses were typical brutal wendover courses.

Awesome job to the both of ya's. "thumbsup"

C@tfish is going to be an issue now that he has a functioning car!

He will still never drive some of those lines out there though. I am the only one that will ever make those lines. :lmao:
