no Harley by what I mean is toughness of a bigger older hog meat, I've had meat from a 300 to 400 before and was outstanding....puts store pork to shame, very tender and juicy "thumbsup" ....just wondering the cut off weight when meat gets tough, any animal has that point....

I have eaten wild boar.It is lean meat.You have to add fat or grease to it to cook.Damn good eating.
