Took my wife 2 years to forgive me for trading her Forester XT 5-speed in for an Odyssey when we had kids.

The Forester XT with 5 speed is soooo rare!
I looked for one for about a year before I finally admitted defeat and bought the WRX.
Shoot, now I'm mad at ya for trading it in for a mini van!

Want to run 1.55 wheels, but I want to run the larger size 1.55 tires. Im looking for a 1.55 tire just a little smaller than 1.9 tire. I have 1.9 's on my scx10 now but not sure I like that large of a wheel on the truck. If you have the set up im looking for send me a pic please and give me details on tire model # so I can find them. This is what mine looks like now with 1.9 tire and wheel. No body lift.

Both of my daily drivers, gas prices and MPG were considered. If I want to go have fun, I'm putting on the leathers and getting out the bike. :flipoff:

There's a couple inches of snow on the roads right now, so I didn't include my H-D..
A huge plus for fun and mpg!

New2rocks.. It took my wife a few yrs (and counting) to get over me Not trading in my Harley, on a mini van! Baahahahaha..

I said hunny, "that bike was here before you and it will be here after you "... Oops.. Lol

I've never car shopped based on mileage. My wife's xb gets 30 something but she would have bought it if it got half of that anyway because she likes it.

I drive toyota trucks because I like them. I'll drop an ls and 6 speed into one eventually. Screw mileage.

I get 38MPG if I'm running the dogshit out of it, and way more fun than any cage

And for the record, I go broke buying tires, not gas. I get about 1,000-1,200 miles out of a set, and about 6 sets on a good summer.

I've never done auto x, but it looks like fun. I'd rather hit up some track days though, as I already own a bike, but no auto x car so it would be cheaper.

anyone here done subie conversions on other stuff? i ask because ive been kicking around the idea of another air cooled bug with a narrow eye baja kit and doing a 2.5rs (basic naturally aspirated) conversion. ive seen a few online and it seems relatively straight forward and reliable
