is it possible to get the setscrews or other types off screws lose after using this locktite??
I understand that this is the very best locktite there are out there...
I highly doubt it. If this stuff can hold cylindrical pieces together with high torque constantly being applied to it with no screws, I am pretty sure it is going to be permanent to whatever its applied to. You would tear a set screw apart
Why use rear knuckle weights?
I don't like to use them for the bias.
Like the low CG.
Mostly use them for the force generated by the weight during acceleration and deceleration.
I like to hammer the throttle and watch all four tires stay planted and eat.
Down hill lines are where I feel is the most benefit.
When trying to slow or stop descending and watching the rear maintain contact and traction is truly a benefit.
I enjoyed reading your thread and hope that you use nano tech batteries.
You are close ....... If you heat it with a torch it will liquefy again and you can move the parts after bonding ... It will harden as it cools ......... Would I suggest if for screws you may want to remove again later ?? NOOOOO

what kind off locktite will you use then..
I am thinking most off my dex410,,
on my crawlers I dont use mutch locktite..
but on a 1/10 buggy it may be smart to use it,but I want somekind off locktite that I can get up with some force,,
I have a hudy set so the quality off the steel I will be using to screw this up with is the best
I can imagine that the remedy and the reptile is performs almoust the same..
I have a friend who just is finished building a xr10/vanquish remedy and his RTR weight was exactly 2000g. and with ALL the vanquish parts..
Extremly cool chassis, the remedy, and the reptile...
PS,, The narrowed voodoo sale is this gonna be on a regular basis from now on??
would have been cool if you could make some skinny voodovers aswell...
Good to here that you like the setup and first impression of your new way! Wish you good luck with the remedy at the next two comps and hope you will post up one or two nice videos for the guys who are following your build! So I put 3 packs through it yesterday .... First pack shattered the carbon tie rod ;( ran upstairs and made a 1/8 ti one so I could get back out there ... Very pleased with how it drives ... Tires bit well suspension cycles great good flow all around ... Easily pulled a few lines the agent had some Trouble with before... Tried to get some video but I'm a righty and that's my steering hand so the video was bouncy wiggling out of tough areas ...
I have 2 comps this weekend I'm sure I'll get some video at them to post ... Like to get a few more practice packs this week though.... I'll keep ya posted

I'm not going conform with that. I think (and now) the REMEDY 3.5 is more stable, specially in sidehilling passages and you could believe i drove both a lot!I can imagine that the remedy and the reptile is performs almoust the same..
What's the thickness of the two main chassis pieces on both of them?
Purp,
This thread is a Good read...."thumbsup"
Truck looks great for an xr.....................:lmao:
as for video, a small camera duct taped to your head will do the trick...."thumbsup":lmao:
I know my head always follows my truck...........
Keep the Twiggy Truck Alive..........:ror:
Servo tape to the "antenna" of the MT-4 and the back of the phone, works great!
If you can remember to keep the remote pointed at the rig.. Lol..
