Pre-order - Karnage SSR Competition Scale Rails

If you are at all considering this chassis, I must add one thing...
There is plenty of room for a well setup CMS system that does not limit travel in any way. No need for bent panhard bars and drag links and all that goofiness. I happen to be running the VP kit, but I have no doubts that the JCAD CMS kit works just as well.

Next...full stuff and full lock on the front passenger side. Im running the stock bumpsops on my shocks for body clearance reasons, but there is plenty of room for ample flex with high steer setups and XR mods"thumbsup""thumbsup"

That might be my single favorite thing about this chassis:mrgreen:

Still in the works, but still on the back burner. I'm done with the semester now, and as I catch up on everything I will have some time to work on them again.

Excellent! If you need anything tested, let me know, my wraith is going under the knife to become more of a scaler so I'll check back periodically for any updates, or feel free to PM Me with any. Thanks!!

Well got my chassis almost all built. Took a different approach at it than why I have seen.

Chopped the shock mounts off to bring the belly lower.

Went with the aluminum chassis, with many of JCAD goodies, topped off with aluminum hardware on the chassis for the light conscious rig.

This thing performed awesome last weekend at search and rescue G6 in PA!! Had crazy low center of gravity and climbed like a beast being so light!

Sorry i havn't updated the thread. Life has been too hectic to be online regularly.

BUT, i have however done a final temp setup. All the wiring is done (Still very long, i havn't cleaned it up yet, just want to get it to a point wher ei can actually test run it)

I'll have photos later tonight.

I have updated the status to a "low-stock" item. This means they are available for ordering, and I will usually try to keep a couple in stock. If you place an order, and I have sold through what I have on hand, these are made quick enough that you should have a set in your hands sometime within 3 weeks or so at most.

Scale Chassis Rails - JC Auto Design

Here's a few more pictures of the rails:
(These have been painted with black semi-flat paint to show what they look like with a very simple paint job. I did no prep to these rails before painting, just sprayed, let dry, and install.)

Just waiting patiently here for mine

Thank you for being patient. The company that cuts these for me has been on a little delay, and I am waiting on the parts to show up as well. I would think they should be here today or tomorrow.

I'm finally getting some time to build my latest rig using the karnage chassis rails. In my honest opinion this is the most innovative chassis that has been released to date. I will be ordering 2 more for my daughters rigs and several more down the road. Great work MR"thumbsup"

Glad to hear it, and I appreciate the compliment. "thumbsup"

Any word yet sir?

Unforunately, no. I am still waiting for a box to show up on my door step. I don't have a tracking number from the company, which is pretty annoying, but the order went out a while ago, and should have been here by now. I am at work today until late, so I won't be home to check if there are any packages there until later tonight.

I'm looking at new places to get these cut, so hopefully this isn't the case each time.

Im sorry if im bugging ya man. Excited and anxious

No worries.
Well, no box. Angry email sent to the waterjet company, so we will see what they have to say about it. It would be nice to have a tracking number from them so I knew what was up.
I will keep you guys posted as soon as I hear from them.

I really like the rail but any with flex pic,i don't compete and i drive my truck for pleasure and fun and just wondering how it holds up to the scx10 flex.Is it the same.

And also was wondering what are your customers using.
Steel or aluminum and what would be best..

One more question how much to ship to Canada, and do I just PM to put my order in....
thanks...."thumbsup"
