It really is a good system it's the morons along the way that have changed things to line their pockets that have corrupted it. Do a reset and do it like they set out in 1790. We can add in the ratified parts that don't involve power and pay for the .government and allow women to vote and all citizens the right to vote as a whole person but the rest can suck it.
