Man that makes me miss my dad's old Cherokee Chief. I used to beat the crap out of that Jeep and it just kept asking for more. I loved driving that thing to and from school in highschool. I hooked up the tow rope to some little ****ers car that cut me off in the school parking lot. I drug his car around. I still don't know how I didn't catch hell for that.

sorry, my Jeep was made by Willys-Overland, well it wasn't officialy a Jeep since the name wasn't trademaked until the 55' model year so that makes mine a Willys-Overland Utility model CJ2A and not a Jeep.
of coarse nowadays with all the clamoring over the trademarking of names, nicknames and sounds (Harley Davidson corperate retards) we may want to have another name for Jeeps just to relieve ourselves of the fear of legal actions due to trademark/copyright infringements.

My first jeep, had to sell it cause insurance people deemed it "unsafe" and was going to be ungodly expensive to insure it.
had the 302 V8 with edelbrok race carb, highproformance intake and cams, and some other stuff, soo nice, body was perfect, redid the interior, 5 point harness, racing seats, rhino lined it, god i miss it

Here's my little AMC Eagle, she's a jeep at heart (258 4.2l jeep motor, with less than 25,000 miles). She was born in 1984, just 2 years after me. With 2" lift, she's appropriatly named the "mud puppy".
