Something fun and different"thumbsup"
I made these for a local club member. It took 8 tires to make the four. I started with 2.2 Pro-Line Masher tires and reduced them to 4 3/8" tall x 1 5/8" width. The 1.55" sidewalls and 1.55" bead locks are from a Tamiya Subaru Brat - Chrome Edition vintage RC. The body is a Tamiya Unimog and because of it's short wheel base, it fits the vintage Tamiya RC perfectly. These tires have a new dual stage closed cell foam that C.I. is testing. It consists of the standard gray closed cell inner with a new closed cell soft outer. They are 100% water proof and offer more compression than a solid Deuce's Wild foam. We are very early in the testing, but if it works out, it will be one of several new products C.I. has for 2014. Thank you to all the customers that have supported C.I. and made the opportunity possible to continue to advance the sport and make RC's more enjoyable8)
