So I decided to build a crawler based on Tamiya's CC01 Bronco body... I used a STRC chassis, Vanquish CMS mount, Hot Racing trans housing, hardened trans gears, used Tekin ROC412, used Mamba Max esc, Hitech 7954HS steering servo, Spektrum rx... Rear leafs are Tamiya Highlifter front shocks are just a pair of stock scx10 units, Rc4wd K44 axles, shortened scx10 drivelines, Rc4wd wheels and tires... Just picked up a set on the new 1.55 Rc4wd Truckies but they stick way too far out of the fenders for my liking... Now I need to figure out some bumpers... maybe build some...

Here's a few shots of it with the 1.55 wheels on it... I think they are right on the money when viewed from the sides... just hang out a bit more than I really like... opinions appreciated"thumbsup"

I like it! Love me an original Bronco! Wheels and tires look great and whole package is scale. If it were mine, only thing I would do is lower the body/ride height just a tad but that's me. I'm a low COG kind of guy! "thumbsup". Love the red body.

Very well thought out. I like how you used a little this and a little that to come up with the leaf sprung suspension that turned out fantastic! Great build so far sir!
