3D printed body STL files?

I think you'll be hard pressed to find STL files of complete bodies. They take hours upon hours to design and test print to ensure they actually go together well.

Yup, I'll second this. I've designed/printed a few bodies, and the amount of effort and testing that goes into it means that giving away the files for free is not a very appealing concept once it's all done.

Had any luck with your search?

No luck :(

But I have found a couple Aliexpress sellers of prefab bodies, their post are confusing, and expensive so not really sure I would get what I expect.

If I had no copyright concerns I would share STL files, keeping the files on my PC wouldn't provide any peer admiration, whereas sharing could.
I've given away stuff (scripts/apps) even after weeks of work on them, even my Amazon Alexa skill there's no revenue model for the platform.
