5.5 tires on trx4

Hey I got excited bought 5.5” tires for trx4 then got home realized they’re huge!

Will they fit?
Can I make them fit?

thats what i was running on mine but i have a 1/8 scale body on it i have 5.9 tires on it right now

its a great combo if ya want to break parts the trx4 isent designed for that but the drivetrain seems to be holfing up just fine its the other stuff i have issues with

shock mounts panhard bar mount
shocks and body mounts
i snapped the bumper mounts off had to weld the bumper directly to the frame

ive broke rod ends ive bent links

and the only drive train parts were front axle shafts and 1 gear

the shock towers and pangard mount im on my 3rd heavy duty mount sets so im gona make some from steal and weld them in

full disclosure this was never a stock truck its completely pieced together and like i sead above it has a 1/8 scale hard body with lots of custom tube work
but your talking about modding it just know its a rabit hole so if you go down that hole just know its gona be a ride lol
