I need to get a new servo after my other one burned up, and was wondering if the 7954 is a decent servo, or if i should spend the extra money on the 7950. Thoughts/Opinions?

I have had the 7950TH servo since July 2010 and it's Awesome, I just bought another one last night for another rig"thumbsup"
This is what turns my heavy BULLY in comps

i've been running a 7950 at 7.4 for a few months now. i probably don't run my as hard as some people but no problems so far. i just got an xr10 and i've been happy enough with the 7950 i got another.

i have seen some posts about people having issues with the 7950 but given how many people run it without an issue i think it is a safe bet.

Thanks for the input guys "thumbsup" I think I'm going to get a 7954 because of price, and i dont really demand much of my servo. It's just going to be on a basically stock creeper that doesnt comp so... Thanks :)

I don't mean to pollute the Venom thread, but how do you like your XR10?

haven't even got it running yet. just picked it up over the weekend and got it assembled. i did start a build thread for it (http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=302410) and will be posting updates on how it is working out.

i love my creeper but wanted to give a MOA a chance. the creeper hasn't been getting much attention between the winter, working on my son's maxstone 16 and now the xr10. i'm looking forward to spring when i can get them all out on the rocks! :)
