Forget boundaries. Life is meant to be lived outside the lines. 801rcc will take you to some of the most extreme places on earth. Whether you want to relax and just cruse the trail with you friends or embrace friendly competition by racing your comrades, 801rcc has a class for everyone. Wherever your trail heads, 801 wants to share the adventure. But what happens next, well, that's up to you.

-When-
Saturday August 16th, 2014

  • 8:30AM: Course Setup
    10AM: Sign Ups/Tech
    10:45AM: Pics and Drivers Meeting
    11-11:15AM: Race Starts

-Where-
"Bald Mt" Uintas.

  • NAME: Bald Mt
    LOCATION: High Uintas
TERRAIN: Smooth chunky rock, steps/ledges with dirt between
    TRACTION: Medium/low

GPS Coordinates:
40.686762, -110.902408

Bald Mtn is a recreational fee area. $6.00 per car

Directions:
From Kamas Utah Head East on Mirror Lake hwy (UT-150) about 29 miles. You'll see a sign that says "Bald Mtn Pass" with a small dirt road on the left that leads to the parking lot. Stay on the hwy another 1/4 mile, you'll see a pullout on the right. This pullout is where we'll be.

Bald Mtn is car accessible and has a small parking lot, with camping spots just around the corner. There is plenty of rock to throw down a great course. Bald Mtn is in the high Uinta's so the over night lows can dip down to near freezing and Afternoon thunder showers are common, so make sure to bring clothing and gear for cold conditions.
