Went to look at Hurricane Creek today. It looks promissing and the people there were VERY receptive to the idea. I'm sure Jay will post up some more information on it. I don't think we can get it lined up in two weeks for this comp though.

You should ask him about his new feathered friend and what happens when you tailgate too close while trail climbing :lmao:
 
Yeah, Hurricane Creek is nice and we will end up with a comp there eventually. I'll post more details tomorrow in a separate thread to talk about it.
My feathered friend was a buzzard that had nested under sone rocks and decided to fly out and hit me on the way out of his home. As for tailgating, our "guide" let a fart out as we hiked up a steep hill and I was right behind him. It wasn't pleasant to say least. LOL

Yes!! Finally a comp closer to us:ror: My dad and i went down there a long time ago and the guy was was the same way: very enthusiastic about it and said he was willing to haul our stuff down there but we would have to walk. We went to the park when it was about to close so we didin't get to go down on the rocks and we've been wanting to go back ever since.

Just remember the next comp will be Ohatchee though. We need to scope the new place out more first.

The guy said he would drive us in and out of the valley. Once your in it isn't bad. THey have an open picnic area with tables too."thumbsup"
