LOL, "last crawl before nationals" summer warm up!!

we are going to do minimum of 100 gates on the 18th,

10 -15 courses, and a 13 gate final. Be prepared.

bring plenty of water/fav soda,/ tea etc, sweat towels,
2.2 pro and 2.2s

course building at 0700 cst crawling at 0800 cst.
