Any runners among us?

I'm a big runner... but I'm a Sprinter... Sorry all I know is power and explosive training.... I hate running anything over 400m and I even hated that, but I like the Gold better... I was a huge 100m and even better 200m sprinter. Got my College Div.1 that way.. If you lift weigths and hit Cardio afterwards.. You can cut down on the amount of Cardio you need to do to burn Cals.

400mm 200mm 100mm Thats less than 5 inches.:D You must have been worn out.

update: since exercising my love life has improved tremendously!

My stamina is greatly improved, I can actually last through 2 commercial breaks of "The Girls Next Door" and my grip is so strong it feels like someone else is in the room...
