I'm a big runner... but I'm a Sprinter... Sorry all I know is power and explosive training.... I hate running anything over 400m and I even hated that, but I like the Gold better... I was a huge 100m and even better 200m sprinter. Got my College Div.1 that way.. If you lift weigths and hit Cardio afterwards.. You can cut down on the amount of Cardio you need to do to burn Cals.
