Anyone else stripping axle splines???

Looking at your image on your first post it is strange that the knuckle is pointing down.

I suspect the spline diameter Axial have chosen to mount the C hub are not the most suitable for the application.

The image on the first post is what happened on my first run. The splines stripped forcing the C hub to clock forward, bringing with it the knuckle. I agree with you on the spline diameter they chose is not the best choice.

Not too sure, but could it have something to do with over-tightening? By tightening too much you might pull some of the 'teeth' out of their seating making it weaker? Haven't had a single problem with my kit plastic stuff so far.
