I'm needing some real world info on runtime using smaller 3s packs. 850 mah - 1500 mah packs in there scaler. What the weight of the truck is and if it's brushless or not. I searched already and couldn't find what I was looking for. Thanks

i run 1250 3s in my trail finder, 35t brushed and a CC Bec with a savox, slower trail running i get about 30-35 min out of it. faster trail runs in the 20 ish minute range.

I have some 1300 3s that I use as my oh shit batteries. They get about 30mins, 7lb scx 35t hh brxl

I get roughly 8 to 10 minutes out of a 360mah 3s pack in a 7lb rig running a 4000kv motor.

Don't be afraid to try 800 to 2200mah.

I've got data on 2200 mah packs. I have a bit of a size restriction and need to see what the smaller packs are getting for runtimes. Thanks everyone for the info.

I'm using 2200mah 3s in a 12lbs. wraith, brushless 18.5 ballistic with goat 3s esc. Crawler/ comp rig only, and im getting 1hr 10-15min on each battery. My set up included over and under drive axle gears with a 32p 56/10 spur and pinion. Works for me....

I wonder if anybody using 2x 2200Mah 3s in parallel to make 4400Mah
Would it make for real long run time...

That is a good question, yes! I haven't done it in a wraith due to the lack of room up front, but I have on my scx10's. I have used 2 of the battery packs you described above mounted on each side of the rock sliders, and since I use Traxxas high current connectors on everything I own for many years now, I just use the TRX #3064 Y harness parallel connector and call it good. "thumbsup"

I'm now doing what this guy is doing, except I'm using dual shortys. I don't need that type of run timd, I was just trying to balance out the weight, and it was either dual shorties, dual 3s 5000mAh.

I know this od topic but whatever. i run 4000mah batterry with a 55t and get 2 hours of runtime. honestly the difference between the wheight of a 4000mah and 1500mah is not much and you get almost double the run time as the smaller batteries. soooo i would just run 4000mah and get great run times out of it
