Hey guys I am stuck. I picked up this full dress up kit and I just can't figure out how the darn under links go on. I figured out the very bottom ones were the straight ones after I put them on wrong. But now I can't figure out how the ones go on that have the big 45 degree bend in them. If your using these can you post a pic of the under belly so I can figure this out? LOL

Many thanks.
Here are the ones i have.

Did your wraith come with a book? Are they the same size as the ones you took off? Its closer to a 30deg bend, the bend goes towards the tranny (both ends). Look at the picture thread ( Its a sticky at the top of the Wraith thread or look at Harley's thread. Its everything you ever wanted to know about a wraith.

yes it came with a book. it just doesn't look right. i will work on it more.

here are some pics of how mine look. They just don't seem right.

in this pic one of the bends seems to be going up and the other down. no matter which one i grab neither seem to look right.

When I swap out parts, I compare the links side by side. Do the holes line up? Do they have the same angles?
Its Hot Racing so who knows how close it will be.....

EDIT
from your pix, they are flat, the bend needs to be up torwards the wraith chassi, not lookin at each other. Can you twist the ends to ADJ them? It also looks like the uppers or lowers are a little long or short from lookin at the drive line angle. Pull the red thing from the bottom & it will help. Possible add it to the top to lengthen it out a little.

See how the upper links look? The pix is from the Picture thread.

honestly none of them seem to be similar to the stock ones. i am going to check them out again and see what I can come up with.

OK, the red is where the issue is. The green is what they need to be & yes, I cant draw to save my life!:flipoff: You just need to twist the ends alittle to get the links in the right direction.

Many thanks. What I ended up having to do is unscrewing the ends and setting them correctly and then putting a little thread lock on them. The way they were screwed in would not go in correctly. I will post some pics after the thread lock is dry.

No problem! Glad I could help!
