Good question, I'm sorry I didnt clarify. I'm looking for the type of action figure that moves his head, and body with the steering wheel.
I believe those are all custom-made. The ones that I've seen have been 3D printed.

Yeah I was sure they are being custom made/printed. I just was looking for someone to be willing to build me one and sell it to me, for my rig.
It looks like China stole the files and made one. It appears to be for a 1/14 scale semi and I'm not sure he moves more than his head though.
